Fired this one up as soon as they came in my local B & M. First thoughts, the shape of this cigar is awesome, wonderful construction, very nice toothy wrapper. The first draw was just as good at the last with this one, the anticipation I had definitely was filled by a full flavor, strong, complex cigar. I really enjoyed this this smoke and would definitely say pick a few up. The $12 price tag got me a bit, RoMa Craft had me expecting this one to be more in line with the rest of their lines. I loved everything about the cigar except the price. Anywho, if you can find these pick a few up. I have a few extras in the humidor and you should too.

Drew and some of my other buddies have been talking up this the RoMa Craft brand for a while now and this is my first time giving these guys a whirl. The Blockhead is a limited release and my buddy StogieSteve and I did a box split, here are my thoughts:
1) Nice wrapper, great construction with a nice burn and easy draw.
2) Stronger cigar, but not overpowering. I would call the Blockhead a definite Sly for most smokers and an Arnold for the novice guys.
3) I got some chocolate flavor at first and some pepper later into the cigar.
4) My smoke time was one hour and ten minutes
Now to the two questions:
Would I smoke it again? Yes
Would I give it humidor space? Yes – as mentioned before I actually did a box split on these, good thing I did!
The Blockhead ended up being a wheelhouse cigar for me and I really enjoyed it. Comparison wise, I’d say it’s similar to the Crowned Heads Jericho Hill and Ezra Zion Eminence. If you see these around and have a chance to grab some, I would certainly encourage it.

This cigar doesn’t have a band so I am posting the box that they come in. Now this is quite a bit stronger then any of the other Romacraft cigars I have revewed so far. I really enjoyed this smoke. I went to my smoking tent outback (I will post photos later) and lit up after work and just kicked back and enjoyed it. This was a gift from our buddy Papa John a few weeks ago and just hadn’t had the time to sit down and really enjoy it yet until now. Great cigar if you can get your hands on a few of them do so. They are cheap and really full of flavor. I will prob be smoking them again as well as tracking them down myself to get a few for the humidor.

Alright another Romacraft tonight and this one I have to say is better then the last. Medium strength on this one but some good flavor to it as well. A very smooth smoke, very enjoyable. This one was once again recommended by Jeff at Classic Cigars. We were joined by Papa John, Big Jim, Rocky, and Brandy as well. Had a good evening, smoking with everyone. I would buy another one of these but not sure if I would keep it in the humidor the price of these does really help make their value.

Price – $7.45

I went to Classic Cigars tonight to see the manager and my good friend Jeff. He recommended this cigar since I had never had a RoMa Craft ever and he said this was one of his favorites. I have to admit this was a pretty good cigar, but I rated it a little lower just due to it being very mild in flavor, there just wasn’t a lot going on with this cigar but still enjoyable. This one I would deffinatly recommend to someone that is new to cigars. I will prob try and check out some of their other stuff next weekend.
